Improved Daily Living
Every person is a unique individual, living in and living with circumstances that are also unique. I support people to live the life they want. This can be achieved through:
-
counselling / coaching
-
provide education to participants and the other people in their lives that are supporting them such as family, friends, guardians, and support workers
-
supporting participants in assessing what support they need
-
training family and support workers to meet the participant's needs
-
collaborate with other allied health professionals to implement plans and therapeutic requirements
-
assessing needs for plan reviews
-
supporting participants to change areas in their lives such as work, education, recreation, relationships, and changes in living or housing requirements

"Disability should never disqualify anyone from accessing every aspect of life"

Peer Group Facilitation
I provide a safe and welcoming space for peers to share their stories and experiences, building meaningful relationships and a strong support system.
When peers meet in a group they experience the power of connection through learning, sharing, and helping each other. Involvement with a peer group of this nature develops self-advocacy skills.
Circle of Support Facilitation
I can support you to create and facilitate a "Circle of Support" group. If you have not experienced "Circles of Support" before, watch the YouTube clip below to get an understanding of how meaningful and powerful "Circles of Support" can be.
Biopsychosocial Assessment
This assessment collates specific information on life domains and the impact by disability.
