"The Resilient Woman" is a 6-week program to support women on a journey of self-awareness and stress management.
Option 1: Attend 6 sessions and be coached through the program. Includes a 73-page workbook with guided prompts.
Option 2: Attend 1 session and complete the 6-week guided workbook at your own pace.
"The Resilient Woman" program is suited for women wanting to break the burnout cycle. Burnout can happen to anyone at any time. While burnout is debilitating, through stress education and increased self-awareness, the cycle can be broken.
